HAND MADE KNIVES

This is my version of the Woodlore. With a 93 mm long blade, it is a tough little knife than can perform most Bushcraft tasks with ease.

Because I like the Nessmuk type of knife, I made this larger version. The knife is 260 mm long, the blade is 140 mm, 4 mm thick. As it is, it makes a great camp knife. By using the same blade but with a scandi grind, I think it would make a superb bush knife.

This is my version of the Grohman survival knife, with a scandi grind.
160 mm long, 4 mm thick 01 tool steel, full tang blade. A solid, heavy duty knife!

Copperhead. 3 mm 01 tool steel, 100 mm blade. Solid copper butt and pins, file work on the spine. Carved leather sheath.

A few interpretations of the famous Nessmuk knife.

This is the first knife I made.
Made 3 mm thick 01 tool steel,
it's got a 100 mm blade.

A shorter version, 500 mm blade
