Henry is my new pet... He was born a couple of days ago, and lives in a pot in the kitchen. I have to feed it every day at the moment, and he doubled in size over night. I have read about him and apparently he is going to stink!
I'll keep your informed of his growth and development.
Lovely stuff, ive a mind to go and make a cousin for Henry i think.
ReplyDeleteI'd go for it Keps, Henry was dead easy to start: 1 cupful of flour (about 150g) (I used organic rye flour) 1 cupful of warm water (about 350mls), whisk it in a container (I think the one I got is a bit too small), then for the first "feeding" another cup of flour and another cup of water. The "receipe" I used was in River Cottage handbook No 3 on Bread.
ReplyDeleteSweet pet you´ve got there;-), I have made the acquaintance myself, and I know:
ReplyDeleteIT STINKS!*ggg*
Good post, especially the recipe!;-)
He's beginning to have a smell about him!
Deletehow can you eat a pet?
ReplyDeleteEasy Rico....put it in the cooking pot...I mean the bread dough...:-)
DeleteThat´s the reason the Gods made the animals so ugly-for us to have less retsraints to eat them;-).
ReplyDeleteOooh..can't agreed there...in my view, most humans are far more ugly than most animals...:-)
