Meet Henry...

Henry is my new pet... He was born a couple of days ago, and lives in a pot in the kitchen. I have to feed it every day at the moment, and he doubled in size over night. I have read about him and apparently he is going to stink!
I'll keep your informed of his growth and development.

  2. I'd go for it Keps, Henry was dead easy to start: 1 cupful of flour (about 150g) (I used organic rye flour) 1 cupful of warm water (about 350mls), whisk it in a container (I think the one I got is a bit too small), then for the first "feeding" another cup of flour and another cup of water. The "receipe" I used was in River Cottage handbook No 3 on Bread.
